The Staff Is Top Notch
I had a great experience with Guelph Volkswagen's service department. My windshield wiper was not functioning properly. I called and they said to bring it in and they would take a look at it, no appointment required, just bring it in when it is convenient. A technician was able to fix it very quickly. The staff from the service desk, service advisor to the technician was top-notch, friendly, accommodating and they didn't charge me! Highly recommend Guelph Volkswagen!
