Very satisfied with my purchase of a new ID.4. Sean was great to work with throughout the process. There was a minor issue during pickup of my vehicle but the sales & service teams worked together to make everything right in the end. An excellent demonstration of customer service.
Just bought a Volkswagen Atlas with the help of Jayden. He was amazing to deal with. Very laid back, informative, we never felt pressured and he was just a great guy to deal with. Would recommend him every time! He went above and beyond to make sure we felt confident about our purchase and assisted in any issues we had. 10/10!

Bought a new car from VW Guelph and it was a great experience from start to finish. Mike the sales agent was outstanding and was super friendly and felt very comfortable though the whole process.
