Nick A. was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was personable, polite, kind, and easy going. He listened to what I wanted in my vehicle, and my payment terms and worked hard to ensure that I was happy every step of the way. Needless to say I will be back to see Nick when it’s time for our next vehicle purchase.

Over the years, we have bought three cars from Jayden at Volkswagen Guelph, including a Jetta Trendline and a Jetta GLI. I even referred him to my brother, who purchased a Golf GTI and received the same exceptional professionalism and support. Jayden is reliable, honest, sincere, and always attentive. He is always quick to respond to emails and calls, never rushed us, and is just a genuinely nice person to work with. From car selection to paperwork, delivery, and keys in hand, each process was 10/10, easy, stress free, and efficient. All thanks to Jayden. We will continue to go back to him for all our future vehicles. Highly recommend!
Just got a VW from this dealership a few days ago and I left feeling happy about my decision. I was torn between 2 different makes, but it was because of Mike’s professionalism that I decided to give my business to VW. He was patient, informative and not once did I feel pressured. I came in a few times before making a decision and every time I felt at ease. Even though there were a couple of hiccups along the way while locating my car, the 5 stars mainly go for Mike. My only feedback to the rest of the team would be respecting a customer’s sense of urgency to get their car after the sale has been made. Overall, the team was friendly and professional and would recommend them to my friends and family.
