Very satisfied with my purchase of a new ID.4. Sean was great to work with throughout the process. There was a minor issue during pickup of my vehicle but the sales & service teams worked together to make everything right in the end. An excellent demonstration of customer service.
Just bought a Volkswagen Atlas with the help of Jayden. He was amazing to deal with. Very laid back, informative, we never felt pressured and he was just a great guy to deal with. Would recommend him every time! He went above and beyond to make sure we felt confident about our purchase and assisted in any issues we had. 10/10!
Nick A. was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was personable, polite, kind, and easy going. He listened to what I wanted in my vehicle, and my payment terms and worked hard to ensure that I was happy every step of the way. We had a such a great experience at Guelph Volkswagen from the moment we walked in throughout the entire process. A big thank you to our sales representative Mike Trimble, who was such a happy and pleasant person from the word go.
We already knew the vehicle and trim package we were looking for. Mike took the time to show us the car and all its features in full detail. He seemed more informed on all the features than any sales person we’ve ever dealt with before.
He then accompanied us on a test drive, further instructing us on all the advanced driving features of this vehicle. Again….he was extremely well versed on what the car had to offer.
We knew this was the vehicle we wanted.
We were able to go back in within 2 days and complete the transaction, but before driving away….Mike once again took a lot of time to once again refresh us on everything the vehicle had to offer.
For these reasons and just in general, if you want a very knowledgeable and extremely pleasant person to buy a vehicle from….we strongly recommend asking for him by name when going here.
